Holograms on Dropped Items Addon will show the names of items that have fallen or are lying on the floor.



Trying to identify a tiny, spinning sprite on the ground from twenty blocks away is nearly impossible, especially after a creeper explosion scatters your entire inventory across a field. This addon completely removes that guesswork by projecting a clean text hologram directly above every dropped item in the world. Instead of squinting at the ground to see if you dropped cobblestone or gravel, you get a clear label showing exactly what the item is and the exact quantity sitting in the stack.

The smartest technical feature in this pack is the line-of-sight raycasting. Most UI overlay mods end up cluttering your screen with endless floating text, highlighting items buried deep underground or hidden behind walls. This addon calculates your actual vision. If a stack of diamonds is behind a solid block or hidden in tall grass, the hologram stays completely invisible until you have a direct, unobstructed view. To keep your screen even cleaner, you can switch between two distinct display modes. You can have labels pop up for everything within a set radius, or restrict the holograms so they only appear when you point your crosshair directly at the loot.

You get absolute control over how the text looks and behaves. The configuration menu lets you adjust the maximum render distance, scale the font size, and completely rewrite the text pattern to include custom colors or multi-line formats. Best of all, it skips modifying the core player behavior files entirely. This means you can drop it into a massive multiplayer Realm alongside custom weapons and armor mods without breaking a single thing.
