Dynamic First Person Model Mod

Addons / Addons 1.21

Dynamic First Person Model mod makes first person feel grounded—you see your arms, armor, and swing arcs instead of a floating crosshair. Day to day, it helps with spacing in tight halls and ladder climbs because your body lines up with blocks the way it should. Start with FOV 70 so motion reads clean, then hop into the camera menu to smooth movement if your device stutters. If you feel frames dip during quick strafes, dial sensitivity a touch and lower render distance; the camera motion is what taxes slower phones.

Toggles are instant. Run the command “ae_fpm:toggle_model” when you need the classic view for precise bridging, then bring Dynamic First Person Model mod back for mining, combat, or building detail work. The “ae_fpm:camera_settings” command opens a menu where you can tone down shake and turn the effect off per preference. It also suppresses the head to avoid clipping, so melee swings and shield blocks stay readable without weird self-intersections.

Creators get a few handy hooks. Use the “ae_fpm.is_first_person” tag to detect the mode and tailor animations, or “ae_fpm.disable_first_person”/“ae_fpm.disable_animation” to force normal behavior in specific scenes. It’s simple, practical, and easy to live with: tweak the feel, play your session, and switch back whenever you want.
