Sleeping Coffins Mod

Addons / Addons 1.21

Sleeping Coffins mod plays exactly like you want—click a coffin to set spawn, then sleep to clear night and reset phantom timers—but with a spooky vibe that fits vampire bases, graveyard builds, and museum wings. Important callout: vanilla beds and beds from other addons don’t register. If you’re on a Realm or SMP, make sure every player uses a coffin or the night won’t pass.

Craft the in-game Add-On Guide first to see recipes and options, then make coffins in any wood type or color so they match districts and interiors. I put a “spawn crypt” near hub with labeled alcoves, lantern lighting, and coffins two blocks apart so nobody clips on wake. Keep ceilings at least two blocks over the pillow and light level above 7 to stop late-night mob interrupts. If you love screenshots, mix spruce and crimson variants with candles and chains for a clean gothic hallway.

For day-to-day survival, drop a travel coffin at outposts before caving; it beats the long walk back after a wipe. On Realms, set a quick rule in chat—“coffins only for sleep”—and hand new players a starter coffin at spawn so nights don’t stall. Sleeping Coffins mod keeps your world functional and your aesthetic on point.
