Full Description: Experience Storage mod treats XP like a real fluid. The Experience tank holds about 2,920 XP points—roughly 40 levels from zero—and it stores points, not levels, so two full tanks (5,840 points) pay out about 51 levels from zero. Feed a tank by crouching on it or an Experience extractor; the extractor also slurps orbs from mob deaths, so you can park it under a grinder and send XP straight into pipes. Tanks accept input from the sides/top and only output from the bottom; stack them and they’ll drain downward automatically. To pull XP, put a pipe under the tank and gate it with an XP valve or redstone, or just use a glass bottle to withdraw on demand. Breaking a tank drops everything inside if you need a full payout fast.

Pipes are dumb on purpose—they travel straight until a corner or dead end—so place elbows to “aim” orbs and avoid chunk borders for long runs. Day to day, I bank points before risky trips and trickle them back for enchants so death never nukes my progress. On Realms, centralize an enchanting room and let grinders feed it 24/7; lock release behind a lever so players don’t drain the whole system. Watch for the Orb fairy in caves and at night; it steals XP near light but drops small orbs if you tag it. Experience Storage mod makes XP clean, shareable, and loss-proof.
