True Java Saturation Mod

Addons / Addons 1.21

True Java Saturation mod flips Bedrock’s eat-and-forget loop into a real choice. Just like Java, health regen only kicks in when your hunger bar is full, and every heart you heal drains a hidden saturation pool first. That means what you eat matters. Steak, porkchops, and golden carrots are clutch because their saturation keeps regen humming; bread is fine in a pinch, while cookies and melons are basically morale food.

Day to day, pre-eat a high-saturation item before a raid, then watch your hunger icon: if regen stalls even at full hunger, your saturation hit zero—time to bite something better. For caving, tap cooked meat after sprints or ladder climbs so you don’t enter fights dry. Soups are sneaky good early (beetroot or mushroom), but rabbit stew hogs inventory; golden carrots are the late-game carry because they stack and refill saturation fast. Don’t waste the good stuff at two shanks—top off first, then eat.

On Realms, True Java Saturation mod rewards teams that plan meals. Keep “combat food” in a separate chest, brew regen for emergencies, and save cheap carbs for travel so the premium eats are there when bosses land hits. It’s simple: fill hunger, feed saturation, win fights. True Java Saturation mod makes every snack a decision instead of background noise.
