Rifle's Mod changes the feel of combat from spam to precision. Your bow becomes a Winchester 1885 single-shot rifle, and your crossbow becomes a Winchester 1885 Scoped. Hold to fire like normal; crouch while holding the scoped version to zoom, then line up the shot and click. Arrows are your ammo, so your existing farms still matter—you’re just sending them a lot straighter. Day to day, it’s perfect for clearing pillager patrols, picking creepers before they reach the wall, and tagging raid beasts from safe distance.

Treat it like a real single-shot: shoot, move, reload rhythm. Post up on a roof edge, crouch to steady, and keep your crosshair at head level so you aren’t over-correcting on the zoom. Set FOV around 70–80 for clean depth, drop sensitivity a notch when sniping, and lead moving targets by half a block at medium range. If you miss, don’t tunnel—slide to new cover while you chamber the next arrow and re-peek on a different angle. For practice, hang targets at 15/30/45 blocks and run ten-shot drills until you’re landing first-round hits.

On Realms, agree on “no jump spam” and turn off auto-jump so duels don’t get goofy. Hotbar the iron-sight rifle on 1 for quick pop shots and the scoped rifle on 2 for lanes. Rifle's Mod rewards patience, positioning, and clean clicks.
