Door Air Pockets Mod

Door Air Pockets Mod is one of those tiny tweaks that completely changes how you handle underwater areas. Instead of scrambling for a quick bubble column or spamming doors and hoping they behave, you just place a door underwater and the water inside that door space is instantly turned into air. It works with all vanilla doors, so whatever wood type you like building with, you can turn it into a portable breathing booth in the middle of the ocean.

In actual survival or MCPE worlds, this makes long ocean runs and deep-sea mining way more manageable. You can drop doors along a tunnel while you dig for ores under the seafloor, set them as checkpoints while exploring trenches, or slap one down next to your conduit or starter ocean base to get a safe breathing corner. Because the behavior is automatic, you don’t need to mess with tricks or extra setup; you just place the door, step in, and catch your breath.



Door Air Pockets Mod also plays nicely with custom content as long as you follow one rule: if you’re using doors from other addons, their item ID needs to end with “_door” for the air-pocket effect to kick in. That small detail lets you bring the same breathing mechanic into modded builds, underwater bases, and custom maps without giving up your favorite door designs.

- Open the downloaded file to install;
- Activate the settings;
- Play with the new mod!
