Cinematic Editor Mod

Addons / Addons 1.21

Cinematic Editor Mod is made for creators who want their worlds to look as good on video as they do in-game. Instead of trying to record everything from the same basic player view, this tool lets you control the camera and change perspectives so you can design actual cinematic scenes—clean angles, better framing, and smoother “show the build” moments that feel like a real trailer or showcase.

As a standalone Minecraft Add-On, Cinematic Editor Mod is useful when you’re recording survival or Realm content and you want quick camera switches for intros, fly-throughs, and dramatic reveals. It’s also a big win for map makers who want to tell a story, because being able to control perspective makes cutscene-style moments way easier to pull off without awkward player movement ruining the shot.

If you use Minecraft Editor, there’s also the option to run it as an Editor extension, which is perfect when you’re already building in a more creator-focused workflow. Either way, Cinematic Editor Mod is less about adding new items or mobs and more about giving you a clean filmmaking toolkit inside Minecraft, so your builds and events can be shown off the way they deserve.
