THIRST Mod

THIRST Mod is for players who want survival to feel a little more “real” without turning the game into a full simulator. You already manage hunger, but this addon adds a second pressure bar: thirst. It means long mining trips, desert travel, and day-long exploration runs actually require planning, because you can’t just live off cooked steak forever and ignore everything else.

The water system is simple and easy to understand. You take a normal water bottle and purify it by placing it on a campfire or tossing it into a furnace. That gives you a clean “I have to prep before I leave” loop, where you stock up at base, then head out knowing you’ve got enough to last. It also makes campsites feel more useful—drop a campfire, set up a quick cooking-and-water station, and you’ve got a survival outpost instead of a temporary hole in the wall.



The addon keeps things readable too, since your thirst level shows up down by your hotbar. So you’re not guessing or digging through menus mid-fight. THIRST Mod is best for players who like tougher survival rules, especially on Realms where group trips can actually turn into “yo, does anyone have water?” moments.

- Activate the settings;
