Chained Hearts Mod

Chained Hearts Mod is one of those addons that instantly turns a normal world into a “don’t mess up” co-op challenge. You link your hearts with another player, and from that moment on you’re basically playing as one shared health bar—if one of you takes damage, both of you feel it, and the same goes for healing and regeneration. It sounds simple, but it completely changes how you move through caves, fights, and risky jumps, because your mistakes aren’t just yours anymore.

The linking process is designed to be easy. There’s a Linked Compass item that looks and feels like an enchanted compass, and it uses a menu flow where a player can send the link and the other can accept or decline. The item also has a special styled name (“§bLinked Hearts §d@LinkedHearts”) with a glow-like look, so it’s easy to spot in your inventory.



Chained Hearts Mod keeps the setup lightweight—no crafting, no commands, just link up and play. It’s made for multiplayer and works in creative and realms, which makes it perfect for friend groups doing co-op adventures, hardcore-style challenges, or just messing around to see how long you can survive when your fates are literally tied together.
