The core loop comes from the Resource Generators, which can produce Dirt, Copper, Iron, Coal, Gold, Redstone, Lapis, and Diamond. Pair that with the new Cobblestone Generators and you’ve got the foundation for a steady materials pipeline while you focus on building, exploring, or expanding your base. It’s the kind of automation that fits survival pacing when you don’t want every session to be “go mine the same stuff again,” and it keeps your storage room feeling stocked without turning the game into a complicated power-management sim.

For utility, Auto Machinery Mod also includes an Auto Chopper for trees and an Advance Magnet that collects ground items in a 30 block radius. That combo is super practical when you’re clearing a forest area, cleaning up drops around your base, or just trying to keep your work zone tidy while you’re crafting and placing blocks. A good way to use it is to set your machines in a dedicated corner of your base so you’re not constantly stepping over items, then let the magnet handle the annoying cleanup while you stay focused on whatever you’re building.

The 1.5.5 Update adds a nice “early survival support” layer: the Sieve can collect basic resources from dirt, and the Iron Sieve pushes that idea into higher-tier loot from dirt. You also get a Wooden Barrel to turn compressed leaves into dirt, a Crucible to melt compressed leaves into clean water, and a Stone Barrel that heats cobblestone into flowing lava. The Crook rounds it out as a tool that works like shears but with extra utility, which fits the whole theme of making resource loops smoother. Auto Machinery Mod is best when you start small, keep your machine area organized, and expand as your world grows, so the automation stays helpful instead of turning into messy clutter.
