Armored Ghast Mod

Armored Ghast Mod is basically a “make the Happy Ghast actually worth using” addon for survival. The big change is that taming is required if you want to ride it and have it protect you, so it feels less like a free ride and more like a companion you earned. Once you’ve got one, the addon’s equipment system turns it into something you can build around for travel runs or fights.



The gear is the fun part. You can strap on Ghast Armor with variants that scale from copper up to netherite, so you’re not stuck with one look or one power level. If you’re using your Happy Ghast for getting around, the Wind Propeller is the hype item because it boosts speed by three times, which makes long trips feel way less painful.

For combat, the Ghast Cannon kicks in when the attached Happy Ghast is attacking, turning it into more than just a mount. The cannon uses an Empty Tube / Charged Tube setup, where Charged Tubes give the shots different bullet variants, so you’ve got room to mess with different loadouts instead of one boring projectile forever. And when you want to swap builds, the Wrench lets you detach equipment, which is clutch for switching between “travel mode” and “fight mode.” Armored Ghast Mod also gives you a Guide Box when you first spawn—place it down and it walks you through how everything works and where to get the stuff, so you’re not stuck guessing.

- Use minecraft
- Open the downloaded file to install;
- Activate the settings;
- Play with the new mod!
