CRYING OBSIDIAN PACK MOD

Crying obsidian looks really cool in vanilla, but it is honestly kind of useless outside of making respawn anchors. This addon completely changes that by letting you use the blocks to forge a brand new tier of gear that actually hits harder and tanks better than netherite. It feels like a really natural endgame expansion.

Instead of just giving you one standard sword, the pack includes a bunch of different weapon types. You can craft long swords, heavy swords, and massive battle axes. The balancing on them is actually pretty smart. The big battle axe deals a crazy ten damage per hit, but just holding it gives your character slowness, so you actually have to think about your movement instead of just running and spam-clicking.

The crafting system fits perfectly into the vanilla game loop too. You just toss crying obsidian into a stonecutter to break it down into shards, and then eventually upgrade base obsidian gear at a smithing table exactly like you would with netherite. The armor set is incredibly strong, giving you fire resistance and tons of protection, and it even supports vanilla armor trims so you can still customize how you look while being completely overpowered.

Installation guile:
- Download file Addon;
- Use minecraft
- Open the downloaded file to install;
- Activate the settings;
- Play with the new mod!
