Hidden Years² : Governor at the Skyline Mod

If you are tired of the standard vanilla progression, this addon basically turns your entire world into a massive, story-driven RPG. Instead of just doing the usual wood to netherite grind, you start off with an actual class system as a basic Traveler and slowly work your way up to advanced classes with their own skill trees. It adds a ton of new materials to mine and craft with, completely overhauling the endgame with stuff like Mithril, Crystal, and eventually Originite for your gear.

The combat and equipment systems get a huge upgrade too. You are no longer stuck just swinging a basic sword, because there are warhammers, daggers, sledgehammers, and entirely new ranged weapons to play around with. They also added a full-blown artifact system that acts almost like MMO accessory slots, letting you equip special runes and items to your head, hands, and feet for extra buffs. If you prefer magic, there is an entire spellcasting system built around rubies that gives you completely new ways to deal with the crazy custom bosses they added to the world.



One of the coolest parts is how well it handles the complicated stuff like economy and progression. Usually, massive overhauls like this leave you completely lost, but this one has an actual chapter-based questline with built-in tutorials to guide you step by step. It even has its own custom banking UI through a tool called the Occultus Watch. You can open that menu at any time to convert the four new villager currencies into one unified value, so your hard-earned money actually stays safe while you are out exploring.
