Lucky Block Race (4 Player Supported) Map

PvP Maps / Puzzle Maps / Parkour Maps / Minigame Maps

Standard multiplayer foot races in vanilla Minecraft are completely pointless. It usually just comes down to who knows how to spam the sprint-jump button the most efficiently, making it incredibly boring after exactly one round. This map completely throws that predictable nonsense in the trash, dropping up to four players onto a dedicated, high-stakes track where raw mechanical skill takes a massive backseat to pure, unhinged RNG. You do not have to mess around with manually building lanes or downloading sketchy command block templates; the map handles all the lobby logistics and automatically teleports everyone to the starting line the second you hit the start button.

The entire progression of the race relies on you full-sprinting down your lane and shattering every single Lucky Block in your path. It completely levels the playing field because absolutely nobody knows what is going to pop out. One swing could hand you an overpowered knockback sword, a stack of ender pearls, or a massive speed buff to instantly launch you ahead of your friends. But the exact next block could just as easily trap you in a cage of cobwebs, drop a primed TNT block on your skull, or unleash a chaotic swarm of hostile mobs right in your way. It forces you to make split-second tactical decisions: do you stop to deal with the hazard, or do you just eat the damage and desperately keep pushing forward?

Because the drops are completely randomized every single time you play, no two races are ever going to play out the exact same way. The player who is miles ahead could instantly get walled by a terrible spawn right at the finish line, allowing the person in last place to completely steal the win. It is the absolute perfect, zero-setup map to throw on your realm when you and your friends want a fast-paced, insanely competitive mini-game that perfectly balances Bedrock movement mechanics with absolute, rage-inducing luck.
