Ruby & Relic Mod

Ruby & Relic mod is all about smart swaps instead of brute force. Ruby tools don’t take enchants; they come with baked-in behaviors that shine in the right moment. The Ruby Sword feels Diamond-tier but spikes with Strength II for 7 seconds after a kill—chain mobs to keep momentum. The Ruby Pickaxe chews stone fast but is lousy on deepslate and ores, so carry a normal pick for veins. The Ruby Shovel is absurd on dirt and paths but useless on sand—great for terraforming bases. The Ruby Axe’s “Weight of the Dead” freezes anything in a six-block radius, but you can’t attack during it; pop it to stop a swarm, reposition, then finish with the sword once the freeze ends.

Mobility gets a glow-up. Craft the Ender Pearl Launcher (Ruby + sticks + pearls) to fire Micro-Ender Pearls; short taps let you blink across rooftops and you get 5 seconds of invisibility on arrival—perfect for ditching aggro or juking in PvP. Ruby ore spawns rarely in caves (stone and deepslate variants), with blocks for storage and decor if you’re flexing a vault.

Armor ties the kit together. With a full Ruby set, “Guardian of the Ruby” triggers at 4 hearts or less, granting Resistance II, Fire Resistance, and Water Breathing on a 30-minute cooldown. Time boss pushes around that window, and on Realms, call your cooldowns so teammates cover while you reset. Ruby & Relic mod rewards planning—and pays you back with clean, balanced power.
