Here’s the clean flow that’s worked best for me: set spawn in a safe lobby, mark a warzone just outside the gates, and build two mines right away—one starter, one mid-tier. In the GUI, put the starter mine on a quick reset (3–5 minutes) and the mid-tier on a longer timer so crowds spread out. When creating mines, align edges to chunk lines to avoid weird regen seams, and keep a two-block buffer around walls so players don’t clip during resets. Title your GUI with clear labels so staff can speed-run edits mid-session.



Day to day, treat the panel like a control room. Bump timers before peak hours, rotate fresh mine layouts weekly, and update the Discord kit code when you push a balance pass. Because everything rides scoreboards, you can back up your settings by copying the world—no extra exports.
