Advanced Dynamic Lights Mod

Dynamic lighting is honestly one of those features that Minecraft has needed forever, and this add-on brings it straight to Bedrock flawlessly. You don't even need to turn on any experimental toggles to get it working, and the best part is that it still lets you earn achievements in your survival world.

The whole concept is super smooth—you just hold a torch, lantern, froglight, or pretty much any glowing item in your hand or offhand, and it lights up the area around you as you walk. It totally changes how you explore caves since you don't have to constantly stop to place torches everywhere. There is also this really clever feature where if you "use" a light item while looking away from a block, it automatically throws it into your offhand so you can keep your main hand free for a weapon or pickaxe.



The creator went out of their way to make sure the light tracking doesn't glitch or flicker either, even if you are swimming, climbing ladders, or crawling through tight spaces. Plus, it actually makes glowing mobs like blazes, glow squids, and even regular mobs that are on fire emit their own ambient light. It is just a massive quality-of-life upgrade that makes the game feel so much more immersive without changing the vanilla vibe.
